Purpose of the Grant
Through grants, the Commission supports pilot projects that initiate new ministries.
Grants are NOT given to sustain ongoing ministries or support salaries.
Instructions
Limit application length to three double spaced pages (font no smaller than
10 pt.). If you need assistance with this form please contact a Commission
member.
A final report of the project must be forwarded within a month of project
completion.
