2026 Annual Gathering

The 2026 ABCCR Annual Gathering will be held at Kansas Lautu Baptist Church in Kansas City, Kansas from September 25-26, 2026. The keynote speaker is Rev. Dr. Greg Mamula. He serves as the Executive Minister for the American Baptist Churches of Nebraska.

We kindly remind you to register your delegates in a timely manner. The deadline for delegate registration is September 1, 2026. Early registration is crucial to ensure that your delegates receive the delegate packet, which contains essential information and materials for the business meeting. If you are a delegate and only planning on attending the online business meeting, you will still need to register. The 2026 ABCCR Annual Business meeting will be held via Zoom on September 15, 2026 at 7:00pm.

 

According to the ABCCR Bylaws: "Each member church shall have a quota of two (2) delegates plus an additional delegate for each full one hundred (100) resident members as reported in the last ABCCR Annual Report." Please make sure your delegation aligns with these guidelines.
